Mixed Review

Starting with good; inside very clean, excellent property manager, location, quiet, close to pools, shopping, friendly neighbourhood, golf cart ran fine, HVAC worked well. Room for improvement: not bright or well outfitted (dark kitchen), lowest quality everything (other than countertops), all cupboards painted with no knobs, no welcome book (instruction/restaurants/places to see), very basic provisions provided (whole house, including kitchen), patio not very functional for lounging, BBQ very poor quality, patio screen door rollers seized (removed, never was repaired), no evidence of new patio (partially repainted, mixed stone blocks added), etc. We were expecting somewhat higher quality based on the listing information. The standout was the property manager, Don! Overall 4 stars out of 5, somewhat overstated, as the property manager was excellent.
