As you gaze at the starry skies, breathe in the farm-fresh aromas wafting by—who knew serenity could smell so good? This is our third or fourth visit and was as enjoyable as ever ! Always a treat to stay here with lovely hosts, so gracious and welcoming. We love it here , thank you for a great weekend!
I can not say anything bad about our stay here - only positives. The hosts, Paul and Reshel, were responsive and very welcoming. The property was clean and extremely well stocked and the location was quiet and remote - the chickens and the stars even put on a show. From the moment we arrived, Paul and Reshel made sure we were comfortable - actually even before we arrived as they made sure the air conditioning and all the ceiling fans in the house were turned on so that when we arrived the house was cooled and inviting. Upon inquiring if we were allowed to have a fire in the outdoor fire pit in the evening, Paul hand delivered kindling and fire starter material. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, including a dozen eggs, fresh from the chickens, for us to eat. There were plenty of extra towels and pillows in the baths and bedrooms. When we got ready to leave in the morning, Paul even took time to take our picture. If I could give 10 stars as a rating, I would. If you and your family/friends need a place in or near Chino Valley, pick this one. Thank you, Paul and Reshel.
This was a lovely house with wonderful hosts. It was our 2nd long stay with them and they met our needs graciously each year. If you like country living and small town friendliness this spot is for you!

Hi Uriel,
Thank you for the great review... I know your stay was short and we didn't get a chance to talk very long, maybe next time we can revisit our conversation about the Gospels... God bless you and your family...
Loved everything about this beautiful home. Owners really pay attention to detail and everything we needed was there and easy to find. When we pulled up we were greeted by the home owner and graciously welcomed. Property was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see while in the area. A

We rented this property to attend an event in Chino Valley. It was a great location and minutes from grocery store, restaurants, etc. Super clean property and owners are on site if you need anything.
We enjoyed this home in Chino Valley during spring break. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon and other landmarks while we stayed. The home was well stocked for a family and was plenty of space for my wife and three kids. We enjoyed watching the chickens in the morning and the dozen eggs the owner delivered upon our arrival. Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

About the host
Hosted by Paul & Reshel Simari
Introducing Paul Simari, affectionately known as "Prescott Paul," a dedicated REALTOR® with Real Broker in AZ. Originally from Brooklyn and raised in NJ, Paul moved west in 2016, quickly becoming a beloved community figure, thanks to his wife, Reshel, a native Arizonian.
"On October 4, 2015, I found God," Paul shares. This pivotal moment transformed his life and business direction. During visits to his mom, who settled in Arizona over 35 years ago, he felt a strong pull toward the state’s beauty and lifestyle. “I took the leap of faith, and I’ve never looked back,” he adds, citing the friendly people and stunning mountain views as his motivation.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Paul sold ads for a small local newspaper. After hearing from agents that he would excel in real estate, he made the career switch. "My journey with God opened my heart to helping others," he explains. "Real estate became my way of making a difference."
A vital part of their lives is Windmill Ranch, where Paul and Reshel host guests in their short term rental. Their property offers clean, spacious accommodations for up to eight overnight guests. With breathtaking mountain views, it's a perfect getaway for families and couples alike.
Windmill Ranch is conveniently located near The Windmill House, Gunsite, and Downtown Prescott. With a commitment to a peaceful environment, it has received numerous 5-star reviews from satisfied guests.
Paul serves clients in Prescott, Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley, calling it a melting pot of cultures. “We have a fantastic mix of retirees and Californians seeking refuge in Prescott.
By pouring their hearts into both real estate and hospitality, Paul and Reshel have created a tranquil haven. Whether you want to list your home or plan a vacation, Paul and Reshel are eager to welcome you with warm smiles and helpful advice.
