This amazing outdoor terrace features a fireplace, seating area, and a large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. This is the perfect place to create cherished and long-lasting memories. The building has elevators that go up from the lower parking garage, and this gated garage includes storage of beach chairs and toys, all set for your next beach trip! Experience what Santa Barbara has to offer by taking a stroll to the nearby restaurants, shops, wineries, pier, harbor., and more! You will want to return time and again.

Fabulous Family Friendly Condo

My family and I booked this condo over a long weekend in September. The condo was exactly as described. Clean, updated interior, high end details like linens were wonderful. The location is ideal, walk to stores, beach and cafe's. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor living in beautiful weather. The roof deck was a really special bonus, we enjoyed having a glass of wine and chatting taking in the view. This is an excellent location for friends or family to gather. Kid and pet friendly. We would absolutely book this location again.
