Maasvilla - Amfibie - 31

In this unique vacation home, built in 2013 you literally live on the water! Maasvilla 31 is a floating or amphibious house that, depending on the water level of the Meuse, floats on the calm Meuse lake, or, at low water, stands on piles on the bottom. It is about 120sqm, surrounded by water and connected to the land only by a floating jetty. Inside you will find large rooms with high quality furniture. The large windows in the living room offer a magnificent view of the water. The living room is spacious with open roof ridge. Through the sliding doors in the living room you can reach the furnished balcony, from where you can watch the life on the water up close. Upstairs you will find the living room, kitchen and toilet. In the basement you will find the three bedrooms, a bathroom and a second toilet.



The private jetty is located right next to the cottage. From here you can start swimming, surfing, SUP, sailing or fishing. You can moor your own brought boat here, by prior arrangement at the time of booking. This way you can enjoy a nice boat trip as often as you want and sail through the pristine water world of the Maasplassen, a very popular water sports area in the Netherlands.



From this vacation home you can easily explore the Netherlands and Belgium, as it is located almost on the country's border. In the Netherlands, visit the white town of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond, and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel. Cyclists can visit the Linnerweerd, a beautiful nature area. At the bathing beach de Maasterp, next to the nature area Dilkensplas, you can swim, surf, canoe and wakeboard. In Belgium, visit the small town of Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and the De Hoge Kempen National Park. The German border is also only about 15 km away.



The use of grills on gas or charcoal is not allowed in the house. An electric grill is available, which must be returned clean after use. There is 1 parking space available at the pier, more parking spaces can be found 100 meters away at the Brasserie. Main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
