Most important: The first sun rays are yours! Nestled in your bed it is tempting to get up a little later, nevertheless the central location is perfect to be the first on the mountain. Within a couple of walking minutes you are able to reach the entrance of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. From Winter 19/20 the brand new K-onnection gets you up starting from the centre of Kaprun! Weather the “Klammsee” in Kaprun or the refreshing water of lake Zell, our guests will be the First IN Mountains, Powder and Lake!We provide 4 bed rooms, a total of 3 bath rooms and a vast living room, connected to your private terrace, which invites for relaxing summer and winter times. The cosy and wooden-furnished bed rooms do have big King-Size Double beds, whereas the children rooms are equipped with single beds. Further you have access to your private garden: barbecue and outdoor sitting area on top for your perfect summer holiday.We work on details to make your stay a memorable one: Free Wifi and parking in front of the house, as well as a Smart TV (Netflix) and laundry machine are part of our amenities. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle to spoil your beloved ones!Looking for activities? Beside 408 kilometers of ski slopes, there are many attractions located within walking distance for an exciting summer stay: A small leisure park can be found at the foot of the Maiskogel, including the alpine coaster “Maisiflitzer”. We invite you to explore the peaks of Kaprun starting from your chalet: Weather it is a hike up the Imbachhorn, a trip to the High Altitude Storage Lakes or the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm. (3km) The golf course (6km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. For guests who arrive without car, the train station of Zell am See is only a couple of bus stops away. (Line 660, every 30 minutes)

Wonderful birthday getaway in the mountains

We spent a couple of days in the mountains - away from everything else. And this accomodation is perfectly made for that! It is a very beautiful house and has everything one would need to relax and enjoy the time there (large balcony, sauna, barbecue...). Location is great offering great views!

Perfect for our needs

The house was clean modern spacious well serviced, we will definitely be back again. The location was also great it is our third stay in Kaprun and this was the most convenient location so far . The staff made booking very simple and were very helpful with information on taxis trains ect. Nothing , we didnt know where to leave the rubbish and were sorry to leave bags for collection in the utility for you to deal with .

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Das Haus war super, ein besonderes Highlight war die Sauna. Der Skibus stoppt direkt unten an der Straße - sonst sind es 12 ´Minuten zu Fuß zum Lift. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder :-) Nicht viel, es war wirklich toll. Wir hatten uns zwischendurch mehr Handtücher und einen Staubsauger gewünscht, diese sind leider nicht angekommen. Ansonsten alles super!

Traumskiurlaub am Kitzsteinhorn

Wir haben ein super Wochenende in Kaprun gehabt! Support vor Ort aber auch per Telefon hat super geklappt. Die Skihütte liegt perfekt (~10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum/ zum Lift) und ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Scheinbar noch ein echter Geheimtipp! Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-)
