The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The home is gorgeous, in a quiet neighborhood, and had generally all of the amenities we needed (minus a sharp knife) including coffee k-cups and water. My only caution is that the second bedroom is only accessible by going through the first main bedroom, which can be quite awkward depending on who you're staying with.
Our friends stayed here for my husband’s birthday party. It was a PERFECT location! Everything was clean and the decor was so cute. They said the bed was very comfortable and the communication with Olga was fantastic. Highly recommmend!
Convenient south Charlotte location on a quiet block in an established neighborhood. Perfect little home away from home for our family of four. Kitchenette is sufficient for preparing small meals. Washer/dryer, shower (no bathtub), and large vanity in the bathroom. Nicely decorated throughout.2nd bedroom is connected to the master by a passage door with an exterior double door opening onto the outside deck. There’s no independent thermostat control in this unit so you have to contact the host, but we had zero issues with climate during our 4-night stay. Overall good value, prime location, and nicely appointed - would recommend.
This property delivered everything expected and more. Beautiful and comfortable decor, great WiFi, quiet neighborhood location with good access to Charlotte shopping etc. comfortable beds and pillows and lovely attention to detail with coffee, real creamer sugar etc. Our visit was to enjoy an early Christmas with family in the area and there were lovely holiday touches in the unit. Olga was very easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again!!
Overall the property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the host was accommodating. The space was beautifully decorated and met our overnight needs, however, there was no thermostat to control the temperature to our liking, but the host was very responsive and again accommodating. The only other issue was, it's listed as pet free, which we chose for allergy reasons, and the owners did have their dog inside.

My husband & I took our two nieces (ages 11/14) w/ us to visit our daughter for X-Mas & stayed @ this property for 4 days. It was a nightmare! First off, it’s NOT 2 Bedrooms! There was one Master B/Room w/ a tiny closet and the girls stayed in an area that the owners call a “Bedroom” that had no closet & NO VENT for HEAT/AIR. So when it got down to 11 degrees at night, the owner just thought a “space-heater” would suffice! Not okay! The girls slept w/me and my husband had to sleep in a freezing cold in the “so-called bedroom” that had a small space heater. After going back & forth w/ the owner, I told her that, “It was unacceptable to let 2 children freeze at night in 11 degree weather & it was her responsibility as a “renter” to ensure that we had adequate heat. Her response I’ll get you more blankets and another space heater. (Which was just as small)
Keep in mind she advertised the rental as having a working“Fire-Place” which didn’t work at all. She also has a camera in the hallway (which is unlawful if you don’t inform the occupants they are being filmed). Not to mention that the door that leads to her area of the house just kept mysteriously opening at odd times (as if they were checking in on us) “very creepy”! I guess the iceing on the cake was when she gave us the 2nd space heater to use to keep the children warm and the, power went out! Not once but 4 times, because she stated, “ It is an old house and a circuit kept tripping”.. So she had to run an extension cord from her home upstairs to our private living area downstairs…
Because there is no way to control your own temperature in the rented living area downstairs. Yep, that’s right! Every time, you want it warmer or colder, you have to text her and when she gets around to it she may or may not do it….
Lastly, this place I will say is very clean and well decorated but it is “SMALL”! Whoever, took those photos on VRBO used some very wide lense….
All I can say is, when a women doesn’t care about the well-being of 2 children freezing in 11 degree weather and thinks it’s okay for them to sleep in an area/room that has NO Heat- that is just in humane.
Moreover, it’s false advertisement and unethical to lie and mislead people about the property you are renting out…
