This is a great home for a family on vacation! Our grandson's loved the place, and so did we. There was many a nap taken on the porch swing/bed. We enjoyed taking walks to the Marine Gazebo to see the boats come in and go out. We also loved taking walks with the kids just down the street to Main Street and the Ice cream and Donut Shops as well as the book store. We could see right away that Lacey has worked really hard to make her guests welcome. The Morgans

Thank you Billie! I don't typically make it home before cleaning has been there but I did this time and WOW! If everyone treated our home like you did, I'd have a leg to stand on to get the cleaning fee reduced. Thank you again and please remember us next time you go to PSJ.

This quiet little house in Port St. Joe was the perfect vacation getaway. The homeowner thoughtfully provided a book with the history of the home, along with helpful information and answers to common questions. It was a wonderful touch and a great resource during our stay. Our daughter absolutely loved the front porch bed swing—it quickly became her favorite spot to relax. The home comfortably accommodated six adults, and the back porch was always breezy and inviting, with plenty of games provided for everyone to enjoy. We also appreciated the fish-cleaning table, which was a great amenity to have available. The homeowner was responsive and wonderful to work with whenever we needed assistance with something during our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be renting this home again. Highly recommended!

Cute home!

We had a great time at the home and it fit our needs perfectly! We truly enjoyed the location to downtown and the covered back patio with Cornhole and Jenga! It took us a minute to figure out some meals without having an oven or standard microwave, but there were so many other options that it wasn't a problem!

Bucket List Bowfishing Adventure in PSJ

Everything was perfect! Thank you Lacye. The fenced in backyard was perfect for both K9s and humans. The location was superb and I enjoyed reading your backstory about the property. We had a fantastic time bowfishing. We enjoyed the sea turtle conservatory too. Thank you for letting us stay at your awesome Sea-Esta.

Clean with the best host you will ever find

The place was just what we wanted but the host is by far the best we have stayed with, the place was really clean and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the back patio was really nice to relax on especially hearing the rain on the roof. You can't find another place that is so conveniently located, you can walk to everything in town and the property has plenty of parking. I will definitely be staying again, like I said the host was best we have encountered, she keeps the place clean and is very helpful, they even put me on one of their fishing spots that produced a decent red.

The pictures does not do this place justice. The owner has it set up so cute inside and there’s a full entertainment area on the back patio. Perfect for your furry friends too. We brought our lab and it was nice to have a fully fenced in area where we could hang out and have fun but also not have to worry about him running off. Property manager is super friendly and responsive. Area of cottage is in walking distance to everything in downtown Port St Joe and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's hard to know which good thing to talk about first, but I'm going to start with the owners. Easily the most engaged owners I've ever dealt with. Easy to reach. Eager to help. They live close and offered several times to come help in person. Truly a joy to work with. The owners are honestly reason enough to rent this house! The house is also great! It's very charming and has tons of character. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked. If you like to cook on vacation this is your dream! The kitchen is super well stocked, and the outdoor cooking setup is awesome!
