The house is located in a cul-de-sac in the district of Bad and is therefore very quiet and located directly on the adventure promenade. In just a few minutes walk to the core of the district Bad and the pier and the associated beach area. The rehab clinics can be reached in about 3 minutes. On the ground floor there is a sauna (for a fee), a laundry room with washer and dryer (for a fee) and a table tennis room (free of charge). Own, lockable garaging for bicycles in the house. Free car parking space in front of the house. A lawn at the house offers an opportunity to rest.

The exclusive studio apartment has a living room / bedroom with two single wardrobe beds. The brightly designed kitchenette blends perfectly into the light-flooded living and sleeping area. From the window and from the French balcony, the view extends far beyond the stilt houses to the sea. The apartment was completely modernized in July 2019.
