Welcome to Tating, our new apartment is modern, bright and friendly equipped and offers with an area of 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The living area with a generous sofa corner, dining area, satellite TV, stereo invites you to relaxed holiday hours. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, leaves nothing to be desired and creative holiday meals can be prepared. You can sleep relaxed in the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, satellite TV, and in the 2. Bedroom with 2 single beds. In the morning you can enjoy the modern daylight shower room, which also has a washing machine. On the large roof terrace with beach chair and garden furniture, the sun accompanies you almost the whole day. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Enjoy your holiday in Tating, St. Peter-Ording's rural neighbor village. Almost 9 years (29th 06th 2009) World Natural Heritage North Frisian Wadden Sea. Watt wants you sea. Our house "Wiedingharde II" is located in a very quiet, idyllic village location. The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. The two apartments were completely rebuilt in 2019, or equipped. Small mini market with baker's shop in village center.

Leider keine ausreichende Sauberkeit

Aufgrund einer Bewertung haben wir uns extra im Vorfeld nach der Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung erkundigt. Uns wurde versichert, dass die Sauberkeit höchste Priorität hat. Leider haben wir die Wohnung sehr verdreckt vorgefunden. -Vogelkot an den Fenstern -Staubsauger stinkt und war total versifft -Flusen und Flecken auf dem Boden -Waschmaschine mit Glibber -Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber -Mülleimer verschimmelt -Viele Haare von den Vorgängern verteilt -Platt geschlagene Insekten an den Wänden -Flecken an Fußleisten und Türen -Die Schale vom Klobürstenhalter war super eklig Die Auflistung ist noch viel länger. Ich wäre am liebsten sofort wieder abgereist. Stattdessen haben wir Putzmittel gekauft (weil keine vorhanden waren) und die Wohnung richtig geputzt. Am zweiten Tag haben wir uns dann auch wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für ein paar schöne Tagestouren. Doch uns sieht der Vermieter nie wieder. Wir haben alles dokumentiert und uns mehrfach beschwert, leider wurde auf unsere E-Mails nicht wie gewünscht reagiert. Wir haben nicht mal die Endreinigung erstattet bekommen obwohl wir Ausgaben für Putzmittel hatten. FeWo-direkt hilft da auch nicht wirklich weiter und hofft auf eine Lösung zwischen Vermieter und Mieter. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand hinterlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben, gedankt wurde uns das aber nicht. Wenn Sie nicht so "pingelig" sind wie wir, ist das schon eine schöne Wohnung.

Schicke Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Tating ist ein kleines Dorf mit Bäckerei, Café, Fahrradverleih und zwei Restaurants. Hier gibt es viele Feriendomizile, aber keinen Massentourismus. Die FeWo "Wiedingharde II" erreicht man über eine Außentreppe und gelangt dann auf eine Dachterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und im Haus direkt nebenan befinden sich ebenfalls Ferienwohnungen. Vor dem Haus sind zwei Parkplätze und eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Unsere Wohnung im DG ist für zwei Personen optimal zu nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein und es gibt - zumindest für einen längeren Aufenthalt - wenig Stauraum in Schränken. Die Einrichtung ist komplett neu und die Küchenausstattung auch für Leute, die gern kochen ausreichend.
