After a lot of searching and reading reviews we landing on the Golden Bear Villa! This property is accurately described, clean, spacious and pretty much has everything you’d need during your stay especially traveling with small children. We were even surprised to find a high chair available! This property was everything we hoped for during our trip from the pool to the theater room. We will definitely be booking with Dan again in the future.

The Golden Bear Villa was amazing! I wouldn’t change a thing about it. The movie theatre was a highlight for our family and provided some great family bonding time. Dan is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The resort staff were also super friendly at the restaurants and when we did the shuttle rides. Highly recommend!

An incredible stay for the whole family. The house was comfortable, clean, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, had literally everything you might need and something for everyone. I do a LOT of research before booking a place so let me save you some time and let you know that this is truly the best you'll find in the best location. Great place for the whole family!

We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. The house is very clean and kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub and pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. That arcade machine is a beast! We had a big NBA jam tournament and it was enjoyed by all.

My family had a great time at Golden Bear villa. The villa was very clean and ready when we arrived. We have stayed at Golden Bear twice now, both times have been great. Very good location, gated, private security, safe.Dan is a very good host, he always responds promptly to any communications. Dan checks in several times during our stay to ensure everything is going well. Any issues are addressed as soon as possible. Check in/checkout are very easy. From booking to checkout Dan makes the experience efficient and effortless. We always look forward to working with Dan for our Disney vacations.

Disliked: Communication
The communication was terrible from the very start with the host. I had to repeatedly keep calling and Verbo he sent out like he applied to my text messages or my emails days later like he replied to it, but it was three or four days later which customer service already had solved the problem. The house was what was expected in the pictures no problems with the housing. Make sure if you book with certain gated communities you see if you’re property owner has a membership for you to be able to use the amenities on the property.
