LivArt:
Within the history of contemporary art, various movements have arisen, and are represented by the style of the artists. We have the following categories in art: portraiture, landscape, color field, pop, super realism, and performance art. All of these forms of art have traditionally been exhibited in galleries and museums.

There are vacation stays, and there are museum stays. We offer the latter with a large exhibit space of spiritual art. It is our intent that every visitor encounters at least one piece of art, that remains in their heart…. LivArt invites a person to dream with the art in a prolonged living situation. Through staying within our environments for a few days, both day and night, the experience transcends an exhibition. Every person is allowed to interact with the art at their own pace, but more importantly, to be absorbed by the experience. LivArt is art that momentarily becomes your own life.

The entire area with hundreds of acres is available for hiking, mountain biking, jogging or doing yoga on the front porch, surrounded by the beauty of the desert.

Jacumba Hot Springs is a natural Power Spot. Vision quests have been conducted on our Grounds since the Pyramid builders time coming from the Valley of Mexico into the mystic mountains of Jacumba. The land holds many stones markers indicating ceremonial activities. To hike this land with the intention of receiving information to help in your day to day life is the purpose we have for intending this space to remain a "Dreamscape" landscape.

We have preserved hundreds of acres for this purpose. We have built permanent perceptual sculptures like the White Sky Pyramid to enhance a traveler's "Seeing" and creativity. In addition, various mazes, rock circles and other smaller tributes have been placed on the land by other seekers. Each visitor is allowed to interact and perhaps leave their own small gesture as a piece of art on the landscape, just like the original indigenous travelers did so long ago, and in turn will be found by a future visitor to this landscape, enhancing their journey.

This place is really cool! Such a neat place to stay with incredible art work and decor! The property, the hot spring, the lake, the town/area are all great! This was our second time staying in Jacumba and we can't wait to come back again.

Jacob May 22
I have stayed at the main house on this property many many times. This was my first experience staying down at the warehouse. We had a great time and found the place to be cozy. I also loved getting to see all new art. Very comfortable, looks just like the pictures. Will be booking again.

Wonderful, spacious and beautiful property and house for a peaceful getaway.
Communication was excellent as was check in and out.
I would highly recommend if you are looking for rest, relaxation and just getting away.
Definitely make sure to bring enough food and liquids for your trip as there was only a small store in town which we already knew and were prepared for.

Stephen April 22
A wonderful stay in a very unique place. It will be a stay that stays with you. If you're looking for a desert hippie getaway, there really is no better place, and being able to contrast the freedom of that spot with the US/Mexican border wall within viewing distance was a profound juxtaposition. I plan to bring my loved ones next time I stay here.

Best spot and the best hosts. Magical property.

Rainey March 22
This spot is truly a gem and the hosts were excellent! The soaking tub is shared with one other house on the property, but it still felt very private. The history of this town and the railroad is fascinating and it was extra special to be able to stay in one of the original buildings. I often work in the area and plan to stay here whenever I am in the area again. It felt very safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Not to mention the hiking in the area is phenomenal.

Brent March 22
Thank you Q and Twila. We had a wonderful time at your spot. The place seems like this huge warehouse yet very warm and welcoming. We went on hikes on the property and walked around and thoroughly enjoyed the trains and beauty of the desert. We will definitely be returning soon!!

We had a blast exploring Jacumba with our dog! Now we're sad to be back in the city. 🐶Next vacation hopefully coming soon. 🤞
Internet was just fast enough to stream movies for those rainy days. It was amazing double taking both inside and outside when we noticed artistic work or details we didn't notice before. Good amount of easy hiking options.
Robert was really nice, and Q & Twilia were incredibly responsive and sweet.

Another Great Stay
I've stayed out here 2-3x a year for the last 3 years. I keep coming back because it is so relaxing and the owners are so hospitable. It's a beautiful property that's perfect for exploring. If you need a good respite from daily life, this is the place to come to.

Walk the path
Magic Mountain Warehouse is an annual event for me to get away from reality and watch the fall meteor showers. This property is one-of-a-kind. The details inside of the warehouse unit and around the property itself make for memorable moments with your friends and family. There are many transitions throughout the property to explore and even a spring-fed pond about a stone's throw from the property. There is a mountain ( large hill) that was a cone volcano that you can climb up and over look the into Mexico and Jacumba. I recommend going in the daytime since the border patrol uses the top as surveillance periodically and will "Rendevous" with you to confirm you're American if you decide to do a midnight hike up :) I hope to enjoy JQ and Twila's property for years to come. This has helped me reset each year. Highly recommend taking the leap.
