This apartment is suitable with 3 bedrooms for families with 3 children. The third bedroom is also used for a third adult. The apartment is located on the ground floor with private entrance and terrace. From the living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. The living room is flooded with light through the 3 floor to ceiling windows and you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over fields and meadows. The cuddly couch invites you to linger. DVD players and stereo systems, as well as games provide entertainment.   In the fully equipped kitchen you can conjure up delicious dishes. The kitchen is open to the living room.   In the master bedroom, good mattresses and slatted frames ensure a restful sleep. The children's room with bunk bed has room to play. The third bedroom is equipped with a raised bed. Grandma or grandpa feel at ease here as well. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and screens in front of the windows.   In the entrance / hallway, a cloakroom and a shoe rack ensure order.   The bathroom with shower has underfloor heating.

Enjoy your holiday on our idyllic farm in a beautiful secluded location. A 300m long driveway leads you to our property. You live in the thatched cottage in one of three lovingly furnished apartments. Each apartment with separate entrance, private terrace and stunning views over fields and meadows. Next door is the main house, a historic thatched roof. In the garden beautiful seats and beach chairs invite you to linger. For the children there is a football field and a playground with a large sandbox, playhouse and climbing tower. In the play barn waiting great pedal vehicles such. B big go-carts, trettrecker, Bobbycars, scooters, carts, wheels and much more. For the sandbox, we provide a lot of sand toys, as well as small tractor, excavator and truck ready. A ping-pong table is also available for the adults. Next door is the straw barn. There, the children especially like to play. A barefoot path on the large garden plot not only delight the little ones. In summer there are on request nice joint barbecues. Our petting animals are ponies, cuddly rabbits, cute mini-pigs, dogs and cats. Even ducks, geese and chickens are kept in the yard. The kids love to feed the chickens in the evening and collect the eggs. Twice a week we start a guided pony ride with Tom and Fritzi. If you want, you can also ride on the tractor. Our farm is an arable farm with small animal husbandry.
