The views are endless in this beautiful, six-bedroom, three-bath home conveniently located near downtown Park City. It is within fifteen minutes of several breathtaking hike/bike trails and skiing. The home features a completely updated kitchen, two living rooms, and two master suites - one with an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated office space.

The space
The living room features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas, and windows that fill the space with natural light. There's room for everyone to lounge together. The basement living room features a flat widescreen TV and a sofa perfect for the whole family. Equipped with a popcorn maker, you can enjoy your favorite shows with your family while snacking on that popcorn!

With six beds and three full baths, enough to comfortably accommodate twelve people. The primary bedroom is on the main level, featuring a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a flat-screen TV. Next is the twin bunk room. It has full twin beds that can sleep three. In the basement area, there are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed and a full bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities you can find at home, including a coffee maker and a double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.
Guest access
Guest can access the whole house except the supply closet located near the basement area (this is the only room that is locked).

We want your stay to be as worry-free as possible, which is why we've included the Safely Protection Policy to cover any accidental damage caused by guests during your visit. This means you can relax and enjoy your time here without any concerns.

With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs.

Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses. Don't worry though, we'll handle the payment process using the form of payment on file for you.
