Great home in a wonderful location. There was plenty of room for our family. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The downstairs sun room could use a refresh but the outdoor space worked great since the weather was beautiful.

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our little family. Very clean, beautiful, spacious, the view was wonderful and we look forward to the community amenities every year we stay there. The beds were very comfortable, the garage was very fun for my 8 and 10 year old. It was safe for my 2 year old. We would happily return to this property!

A wonderful home

The property was beautiful. Exactly as advertised. We chose to stay on the property so our family and two other families would have a comfortable place to reside as our children played in a basketball tournament. The kids enjoyed their stay as well as the adults.

The house was aesthetically pleasing and looked as it did in the online photos, which was a positive. Unfortunately, however, the property appeared to be lacking in regular maintenance and some basic necessities, which did affect our overall stay.The management team was very responsive and made an effort to address some of the issues we reported, but several problems remained. These included missing lightbulbs, broken light fixtures, a clogged bathroom sink, a dirty screened-in porch, misaligned screens, and stained and damaged outdoor furniture. The carpet in the bedrooms are worn and stained as well. Guests should also be prepared to do some basic cleaning and setup upon arrival, including making the beds with the bagged linens that are dropped off. We also had to purchase basic necessities such as garbage and recycling bags, lightbulbs, paper goods and soap. Unfortunately, the towels provided in the “linen package” were of very poor quality and not what we would expect for a rental of this type. Please read the contract regarding the dishwasher as you are responsible for emptying clean dishes prior to your departure. Overall, the home has a lot of potential and is attractive, but more consistent maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to basic amenities would significantly improve the guest experience.

Home review

8 of my friends stayed at the house for 5 nights and 4 days. The house was very clean inside which was great because it made us feel comfortable. Every room had a TV with working cable and the house also had wifi. The garage was the best part of the house and the decks were nice too. We also were able to grill our last night. The only troubling thing with this home was the communication when it comes to using the pool. We were told we would be able to get a 1 day pool pass for $10, but later we found out renters are only allowed to purchase a 3 day pass for $70. Using the pools were a big thing for us, but we got this information 3 days before check in and it was too expensive. Other than that it was a good stay.
