The apartment is located directly behind the dike in the 4th Floor of an apartment house, which is quiet but centrally located (next to the beach clinic). In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the bathing center with its shopping facilities, the wellness center, the Dünentherme and the transition to the Bad-Strand. The house has an elevator, laundromat and dryer, and a table tennis room. The apartment has a numbered parking lot on the property, which is located directly opposite the house entrance. Parking for bicycles can be found in the outdoor area next to the front door (additional small bicycle storage available). The lawns and the children's playground on the community property of high-rise buildings are available free of charge.

The apartment (55 sqm) is located in a quiet cul de sac right behind dike and spa promenade next to the beach clinic and can accommodate 1-4 people, you can also bring a dog. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (2m length), 1 living room with dining area (radio, satellite color TV), balcony with some sea view (bath-beach and laterally on the torrent), separate kitchen (e Stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, slicer, refrigerator with freezer, etc.), shower and toilet (separate rooms), storage room. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment for free, but here are unfortunately occasionally disturbances possible.
