The house is centrally located in Manderscheid. Supermarkets, butchers, pharmacy, doctors (in case of emergency), swimming pool, museum, tourist information and the Eifelsteig can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes on foot.

The house offers a living space of 160 m2, spread over 3 floors and a plot size of over 900 m2, plenty of space. Up to 8 people can stay overnight. (By agreement also 10 people) .lm ground floor are kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet. Three bedrooms with double bed are in the 1st. OG, as well as the bath. A double room has a sink and a balcony. In the attic there are two more rooms with two single beds. There is another washing facility in the hallway. The house has a sitting / barbecue area and a large playground. By agreement, the use of the garage is possible (eg for motorcycle or bicycle groups) .SAT TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, W-LAN.
