The newly renovated apartments are located in the heart of Speyer, in a central location. Just 5 minutes walk away from downtown and the Idyllic shopping area with beautiful views of the cathedral and very cozy cafes and restaurants. Excursion destinations such as Cathedral, Museum of Technology, Jews Bad, Sea Life, Bade Max, beach bar on Reinstrand are also within easy walking distance. A bike path directly in front of the house connects you to great destinations in the area, such as the Wine Route, the Weintor, the Schwetzinger Schlossgarten, the Heidelberg Castle, Worms and Mannheim. A bus stop with connection to the station can be found in about 100m away. For a trip by car, they also have excellent access to the motorway and main road. Interesting destinations for this are the Hockenheim Ring 10min, the SAP Arena in Mannheim 20min, Saline Bad Dürkheim 30min.

Unsere Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit Hund angereist,was kein Problem war.Die Innenstadt Speyer ist in 5Minuten zu erreichen.Sehr gute ,zentrale Lage.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub, alles sauber, die Matratzen etwas hart, aber das mag jede/r anders. Die Raumspartreppe ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. Sie ist sehr steil, da muss man gut aufpassen. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell in den schönen Altstadtkern gelaufen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Super Lage

Mit der Kommunikation waren wir nicht zufrieden, Nachrichten im Vorfeld wurden nicht vom Vermieter selbst beantwortet, Kontakt mit ihm ging nur über Anruf. Vor Ort ist eine Dame beauftragt den Check-in, Bezahlung (in Bar, vor Ort) und ähnliches zu übernehmen, das funktioniert super. Einen kostefreien Parkplatz findet man immer ziemlich nah am Haus. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad ist nicht hübsch, aber sauber und funktioniert. Hier wären Neuerungen dringend nötig, wie eine Dusche statt Wanne mit wackeliger Glasabtrennung. Küche ist sauber und schön, ein neuer Wasserkocher wäre toll, mehr als drei Frühstücksteller und Teelöffel auch, so könnte man die vorhandene Spülmaschine auch nutzen. Als Info im Inserat fehlte uns z.b. auch dass der Spitzboden mit den Betten über eine Raumspartreppe aus Holz zu erreichen ist, diese sieht man auch auf keinem Bild. Fenster haben alle sehr dichte Rollläden, das fanden wir toll.
