The house (160 sqm) has in the main living area a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with bath / shower and toilet and guest toilet are located in the 1st. Floor (apartment is not handicapped accessible). From 5 persons there is an additional wing in the basement with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

Located directly on the Eifelsteig and Eifel National Park, on the edge of the forest of Simmerath-Dedenborn, we rent a holiday home in which up to 8 people can spend a relaxing holiday. The house has a 20sqm large, covered terrace, from which you have a magnificent view over the whole Dedenborner Rurtal.
