Welcome to the holiday home "Eifelschön"!

First rental from summer 2018.

The holiday home "Eifelschön" has 4 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. From the spacious living room, the beautiful terrace and the spacious garden you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Rur valley.

An ideal retreat for families with children, for friendly couples or for friends.
The open living area with tiled stove leads directly to the terrace.

There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.
A bakery and a small supermarket are within walking distance in the village. The idyllic town of Monschau with the castle, many restaurants, street cafes, the Red House and the glassworks also offers numerous cultural events. The Rurseen are known for various recreational activities and in 20 min. Drive away. A special highlight is the daffodil bloom in April, which turns the surrounding valleys into charming star meadows. Ideal also for mountain biking, rental in town. The Hohes Venn and Eifel National Park offer numerous ranger tours. The adventure park Wildfreigehege can be reached in a few minutes by car. Other attractions nearby: Vogelsang Castle, Belgian High Moors, Dreisine Railbiking, Büttgenbach Sports and Recreation Center, covered wagon rides, Botrange Nature Park Center, Eupen, Malmedy. In winter, depending on snow conditions, numerous trails and tobogganing.

Great location, wonderful house

Very complete and spacious house, a wonderful view from the garden on the surrounding hills near Monschau and very close to beautiful walking routes. The contact with the owner was very pleasant, and we felt right at home. Recommended!

Relaxing environment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is exactly as advertised and the view from the living room is superb. The kitchen is practical and has everything you'll need. We didn't use the sauna but I can imagine it's a very relaxing experience with a great view.

Lovely week in Rohren

We enjoyed our stay in this nice house of Jorg and Anne. Everything was well arranged and clean. The surroundings of Rohren are very interesting, there is something to do in all directions and you can walk to Monschau in 1.5 hour (mention hills and be fit enough). Thank you Jorg and Anne

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus Eifelschön sehr genossen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und besonders die Sauna, der Ausblick und der schöne Wohnbereich haben uns gefallen! Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern war sehr persönlich und nett! Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen, um den Kurztrip perfekt zu machen.

Unser Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling war super schön! Den Einzigen Minuspunkt von mir persönlich gibt es wegen dem Kinderreisebett, weil keine genaue Beschreibung vom Aufbau dabei war und wir echt Probleme damit hatten und weil es keine, für Mama, bequeme Möglichkeit zum wickeln gab.

Wie hatten wirklich ein schönes Wochenende

Vorab vielen Dank es war wirklich schön bei euch zu Gast zu sein. Das Haus ist sehr schön, angehneme und gemütliche Atmosphäre durch das Lichtkonzept man hst sich einfach wohl gefühlt. Es gibt allerdings zwei kleine Kritikpunkte, zum einen roch es beim ankommen und wenn man ein paar Stunden unterwegs war und wieder zurückgekommen ist, leicht "muffig", dies war aber mit kurzen durchlüften schnell weg und keine große Sache. Zum anderen haben wir überlegt eigene Gewürze mitzunehmen und haben nach dem in der Nachricht stand, dass diese vorhanden sind uns dagegen entschieden, da wie dachten dann wird aufjeden Fall Salz und Pfeffer da sein, leider beides so gut wie leer oder komplett leer.Aber wie gesagt diese beiden kleinen Kritikpunkte haben sowohl die Stimmung als auch das schönen Wochenende bei euch nicht getrübt.Danke:)
