Stay in Phoenix

Great location with easy access to everything around the Phoenix area. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and enjoy the hot tub and pool area. I would stay here again.

Overall, this is a wonderful spot! Condo could be improved in lots of small ways, thorough cleaning needed, new patio rug, screen door sticks, broken drawer, rusty shower rod, etc. That said, the sunrise view is spectacular, the location for the east side of the valley is perfect and the people in the complex that we met were welcoming!

Superstition Mountain view

Loved the View. Typical condo. Very quiet peaceful property. Checking in was a little frustrating, check in is 4:00 they do not accommodate early check in FYI. I came back from visiting my cousin one evening to find the power off, it was a little frightening, I put the flashlight on my phone and went in and pulled the card out of the electrical box and put it back in I had not encountered that before, I had no phone number to call just email and through VRBO I received a response. There were no wash cloths or hand towels, I was explained that there was a new cleaning crew and I would receive some, which I did not, but I did tell the property manager it was no big deal I did enjoy my time In Arizona.

perfect location

This location was great for exploring mesa area and beyond. Only difficulty Was the entrance gate code never worked. Waited for other cars to open gate. Also in description of location could include "Coyote Landing" as part of the directions.

Nice, quiet and convenient

My wife and I stayed for a week in April 2023. Nathan was a great property manager to work with. Friends had their listing go sideways and we had the space and Nathan accommodated our request to have them join us promptly with no issues or costs. Inside the condo is quite spacious with a good floor plan. Patio is equipped with BBQ. Only suggestion is if there were some BBQ utensils it would have been nice. Property has two pools and hot tubs. Definitely would book this condo again if in the area.
