The property was easy to find. Check in was clear and easy. The condominium was clean, quiet, cool and very comfortable. We used the grill on the patio to grill pork chops for dinner one evening. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Our stay was very enjoyable and put host was easy to communicate with.

We (two couples) were there for a family reunion in Apache Junction and enjoyed the easy access to that. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that we needed. Laundry is right off living room and super convenient. Two swimming pools and beautiful weather were perfect!

Coyote Landing was suitable for our needs, a short drive from Phoenix-Mesa airport., quick access to 60W and convenience to some breakfast eateries like First Watch and Dunkin Donuts for a coffee fix. I highly recommend reading their welcome book for the nearest grocery store. We did not, until after our grocery trip. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need, including beach towels, a nice bonus. The balcony was a wonderful retreat on the early mornings and a nice sunbathing nook for the afternoon. The pool was really nice too.

ACCESS DIFFICULT

I arrived at night in the dark. I found the access key box to be difficult to access due to poor lighting and location. The condo was clean and neat but could not turn on the living area TV. Called the manager and a day later the response clarified the number of the HDMI required.

Decent place but very dirty

Almost considered leaving after first walk-through. Bathroom rug disgustingly dirty, shower curtain covered in pink mold/mildew. Food scraps and candy wrappers under bar stools. Filthy, raggedy wash clothes. Badly stained carpeting. Fortunately rapid and helpful response from contact - had the bath rug and shower curtain replaced by morning. Carpet, however, remained heavily stained and dirty. Never again.

Coincidentally, we had already scheduled a thorough cleaning session for the property during a guest-free period. Additionally, we received a picture from our team that does not depict the carpet as being dirty or badly stained.We're pleased to share that the subsequent guests who stayed at the unit had an overwhelmingly positive experience, expressing their desire to return next year. They left a glowing 5-star review, which further attests to their satisfaction. Cozy Condo

We stayed in this condo midway through our 2 week road trip. It was a comfortable, quiet place to rest, get some laundry done and conveniently located near family in Mesa and Gilbert. The pool was fabulous, there were many food choices nearby. I would stay here again.
