Clean, comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in quiet neighborhood, 6 miles to stadium, 3.5 miles to gameday shuttle stop. Family room with 4 recliners, gas fireplace and large TV. Large patio and backyard with picnic table, grill, firepit and room for yard games. Sleeps a total of 8, 6 in beds + 2 on COUCHES or RECLINERS. THESE ARE NOT SLEEPER COUCHES, AS LISTED IN THE ROOM DESCRIPTIONS SINCE THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO JUST LIST A COUCH.

Coffee, tea, juice, water and other beverages provided. Bagels, English muffins, butter, cream cheese, protein bars also provided.

Great stay!

Accommodations were as advertised. The attention to detail and amenities were outstanding. And the location to PSU was very convenient. We will stay there again and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Happy Valley.

Perfect football weekend

House was very spacious and clean with all the amenities. Hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great weekend! Would definitely recommend and hope to rent again in the future!!

Excellent hospitality! Very accommodating. Perfect location. Clean. Had everything we needed. Spacious. Multiple areas to hangout. Nice neighborhood with great outdoor space. Will stay here again if we come back to this area!

Parents’ weekend

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely house. It is well maintained, and we appreciated the food and drink provided by the owners. The owners were also very easy to reach and helpful with all our needs, including washing the sheets and linens in allergy free detergent ahead of time at our request. The two sitting areas were very comfortable and well lit. Beautiful backyard with games available. Pleasant, peaceful neighborhood.

Very nice Penn State getaway

The home was as described, was very clean, and the hosts provided typical beverages and snacks that you always need to buy when traveling, so that was very much appreciated. The bedrooms were all good sized, and we loved the convenience of having three bathrooms for use by all guests. We also enjoyed the kitchen and living room set up, where everyone can gather and talk easily with one another while enjoying a football game on TV, and really enjoyed the outside patio and firepit, where we gathered late one evening. We definitely would come back!

Football Game

We had a group of 7 family members stay at this wonderful VRBO for a PSU football weekend. We were so impressed with everything about this property. Upon arrival they had welcome snacks and stocked the fridge with necessities. The house was immaculate and organized with towels and blankets for the stay. The location was perfect for going into town as well as getting to the stadium. We loved this home so much and the hosts were so terrific that we are already looking to rebook. Thanks so much for making our family weekend so special.

Our home is also conveniently located .5 miles from Mountainview golf course, and 2 miles from Tussey Ski and Recreation which has skiing, snowboarding, and driving range, go karts, live music on the mountain in the summer.
