Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Erbeskopf 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The holiday park, overlooking the “Erbeskopf”, consists of two-storey block-style houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows and country houses (all with lawns and play areas).

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. Communal garden (500 m2) with lawn (200 m2). Barbecue area can be used communally.

Er mankeert veel dingen in het huis

de twee banken zijn op ze zakken erg door de bedden zijn kei herd het vloerkleed is smerig veel vlekken de gordijnen zijn niet geschikt voor een slaapkamer want een slaap kamer moet donker zijn want s'morgens wil je niet om 5 uur wakker worden door het licht van buiten we hebben 2 dagen geen tv gehad en 2 dagen geen warm water dus je kon niet douchen we waren er met 3 man de vuil contener stond vol met rotzooi dus konden wij ons vuil ook niet kwijt een rookmelder in de grote slaap kamer piepte d

Prettige en fraai gelegen accomodatie.

De accomodatie beviel ons prima. Was zeer compleet ingericht. Het park Himmelberg is heel rustig. Je hebt een auto nodig om heel veel leuke plaatsen en de prachtige stad Trier te kunnen bezoeken. Eén minpunt: Hoewel de in de woning aanwezige documentatie vertelde dat er Nederlandse TV-zenders ontvangen kunnen worden, bleek dit NIET het geval te zijn. Helaas, dit moet m.i. vooraf in de voorlichting genoemd worden.

Gedateerd - maar compleet

De woning is ruim en compleet ingericht met een heerlijk groot balkon met mooi uitzicht. De woning is wel gedateerd, helaas ook merkbaar in bijvoorbeeld het meubilair op het balkon. De stoeltjes daar waren stuk en 1 van de ligstoelen slecht/bijna stuk. Daar meteen melding van gemaakt aan de beheerder, zij geeft het door aan de eigenaren. Bij aankomst was er een probleem met elektriciteit (helft van stopcontacten deze het niet en daardoor geen koelkast), maar werd gelukkig snel opgelost.

Gut mit Abstrichen...

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, und auch sonst nett. Allerdings muss ich bemängeln, dass ALLE Fenster und Türen auf Grund völlig verschlissener Getriebe nur sehr mangelhaft bzw. nicht schließen! Wir hatten Aussentemperaturen zw. 15° und 23°. Trotzdem lief die Heizung durch wegen des permanent kalten Luftstroms direkt neben der Terassentür. Im Winter möchte ich das nicht erleben müssen (Kosten). Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und in Ordnung, einschließlich Service durch die Verwaltung.
