Host was very responsive, answered all our questions before our stay.House was spacious and had everything we needed- dishes, blankets, utensils. Beds were comfortable and it was great having two spaces with bedroom and bath together. Lots of movie options and games and books. Plenty of off street parking. A great option for a family visiting Fargo. We plan to rent again.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, but this one stood out for all the right reasons. Communication with the manager was efficient and easy from start to finish, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was immediately clear that the host pays attention to the little things that make a stay comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of counter space and storage so multiple people could use the area comfortably. I also appreciated the subtle night lighting throughout the home, which made it easy to navigate in the dark without any mishaps! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and when it came time to leave, the clean-up expectations were reasonable. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations.

Charming older home close to NDSU, hospital, and downtown Fargo

We had plenty of room to spread out, plus privacy for our son and his wife and baby, since the sleeping areas were on two different floors. The Air conditioning worked great, and the back yard was perfect for afternoon play. we were able to navigate the area easily and everything is conveniently close, and the house is in a great, quiet, older neighborhood. We would stay again.

This place was so comfortable and accommodating! The owner was very responsive and thoughtful of our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and very close to the downtown area, which was perfect for our crew. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely property

Walkable to either downtown or the Fargodome, the location could not be beat. The house itself was wonderful as well with a nice front porch and quiet backyard. Very clean and well stocked, nice touches from the property manager. Would definitely stay again.
