Villa Paloma is a brand-new luxury villa set in a peaceful location facing olive groves, just a five-minute walk from Kalkan’s town centre and the Old Town. Designed for comfort and style, the villa sleeps eight guests in four spacious en-suite bedrooms and offers lovely views at every level—olive groves from the pool terrace and sweeping sea and mountain views from the floors above.

The ground floor features an open-plan living space with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen includes an espresso machine with milk frother, a water dispenser, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and all the essentials for self-catering. A laundry area with washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board is tucked neatly under the stairs. There is also a guest WC on this level. One bedroom is located on the ground floor; it can be arranged as either a twin or a king and has an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms share the first floor—one double and one twin (which can convert to a king). Both have en-suite shower rooms and private balconies with panoramic views. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, which has an en-suite shower room and direct access to its own private roof terrace. This terrace is beautifully furnished with loungers, a seating area, an umbrella and a double swing chair, making it an ideal spot for sunset drinks.

Villa Paloma’s outdoor spaces are exceptionally generous. The large pool includes a built-in jacuzzi and a separate shallow section, as well as Roman steps for easy access. Sun loungers and parasols are arranged around the terrace, and both the dining area and seating area are shaded by pergolas. An egg chair, table tennis table and charcoal BBQ add to the enjoyment.

The pool and gardens are tended daily, and guests staying two weeks receive a mid-stay clean and linen change. A welcome pack awaits on arrival, and the Villa Manager is available locally for assistance. The property includes a safe, water cooler, hairdryers in all bedrooms, a cafetiere, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Parking is available directly outside, and an additional handrail has been added to the steps, making the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility.
