Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval.
The golf cart should be left in the garage with a full tank of gas, the garage door opener in the golf cart and the key left in the ignition in the off position.
Report any damaged or missing items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests prior to check-in.
Golf Cart Liability Waiver will sent 6 days prior to your arrival and must be signed in order to obtain access to the golf cart keys.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property or the lanai. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $250 fee.

We love this property! The owners are excellent hosts! Everything is very clean with great amenities and nicely supplied with basics, so you don't have to run to a store the minute you arrive. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this home! It was super clean, organized and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The golf cart was perfect to have and we used it for daily golfing as well as transportation to dinners in the squares. This villa is located in the southeastern section in the Village of Charlotte. It is very clean, well-stocked, comfortable mattresses, large TV & golf cart. Stephanie was an excellent host! This home is beautiful inside and out. The decor is so pretty, furniture is new and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The lanai is also beautiful and a lot of care has been put into this home. Communication with the owners was excellent. Can't wait to come back!
