The house was great, well-maintained and very comfortable. The projector downstairs was cool and very easy to use. The location was great--very close by to some excellent hiking trails. We had a great time, would stay here again.
The property was exactly as advertised and my sibling and I had a nice relaxing long weekend. Perfect location to feel out in the woods but also a quick drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs home movie theater was a lot of fun to use!
Myself and 2 friends had a brief overnight stay here for a birthday road trip that included some golfing in the area.
The property and home were beautiful, the instructions were clear, and everything met the standards I expected from the get go.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Lake Cushman.
We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy cabin. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. We spent the days hiking beautiful trails and floating/paddle boarding at the lake and our evenings around the camp fire. The cabin had everything we needed for a perfect week. 10/10 can’t wait to come back next summer!
The pet areas, as available, were very accommodating. The facility was clean and attractive. The great ravine off the back deck mad the stay very peaceful. The genuine, residental neighborhood was very quiet.
I took my grandchildren there for two nights. Our biggest mistake was I didn’t make ferry reservations long before our trip which made us drive through Seattle both ways. Once we got to the place, it was fantastic! Took kids paddle boarding and checked out a water fall.
We came to do a little hiking around Lake Cushman, and this cabin was the perfect place to stay! Close to several trails, easy to locate, warm and cozy, and more spacious than I expected. We’d love to come back in the warmer months and take advantage of the golf course and nearby kayak rentals. Such a lovely little home and area!
Had a very enjoyable visit this past week. Was just as described. Owners have gone the extra mile to ensure guests comfort.

More 'shabby' than chic
This is a very over-priced cabin in a somewhat neglected area. We encountered trash in the overgrown yard, cleaning supplies dumped in the entry, a damp smell in the basement (that was clearly being masked by the overwhelming smell of Febreze upstairs) and the biggest spiders we've ever seen! Old uncomfortable beds/bedlinen and towels and appliances/cabinets from the 1980's. Not a single decent pan to cook with and not even basic salt for guests to use. Really disappointing for the price we paid. We left early. Do not recommend.
We had a great stay in this cozy cabin. The home is very comfortable & had all the provisions we needed. Relaxing by the fire pit was a nice way to unwind after exploring the park.
This is such a cute little house! Even though its a small cabin it has a lot to offer! The owners have given it little touches everywhere to make it feel like a home and not just another rental property. We loved the ability to have the beach pass and dock available to us, a very short drive and your at the dock! The kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Totally recommend this place for a family!
This place is so serene, tucked away but accessible from the main road with easy access to the surrounding area.
The house has many features and amenities and was a great value. I’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises. We used the place for a base to explore the Olympic area and were very surprised by all of the towns on the way to Hurricane Ridge at Olympic Nation Park
