Enjoy biking, walking, hiking and sightseeing as the The Scottsdale Canal is just out your doorsteps. This cozy community includes a pool, a heated spa, covered parking; along with private front & side courtyards.

Your rental property is centrally located on the major cross streets of Thomas Road and 56th Street. You are less than a 10 minutes Uber / Lyft ride to all of Scottsdale's key attractions.
HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
 
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Phoenix enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Phoenix PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.
 
* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property before exiting or leaving. These doors include:
 
- Private Patio Door
- Front Door
 
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry. 
 
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food. 
 
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
 
* Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of the house. An additional $250 FINE will be incurred.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.

* Be mindful and careful of other people's property. 
 
* * * Please Note: This rental property is guarded by NEST. There is a NEST Doorbell located at the front door of the main entrance for security purposes only.
 
Lastly, please respect this home as if it were your own. Have a blast and enjoy your stay.

Exactly as advertised
Spotless and comfortable unit, even nicer than in the photos. This was a great location for us, convenient to Scottsdale, the downtown convention center, and the airport. The nearby Arcadia area also has good restaurant and grocery options. Will definitely return.
