It is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its iconic lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, shops and live entertainment. The marina offers a wide choice of water activities including cruises, charter fishing and jet ski rentals.

It is only a five minute walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and the nationally recognized Sea Pines Racquet Club.

Our villa is a five minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops. If you want to explore the Plantation's 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican in Sea Pines Center.

Stoney Creek is a fifteen minute bike ride to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Parking is limited during the summer months. You will be directed to a designated lot where the free Beach Shuttle can deliver you to the Beach Club in about five minutes. If you prefer a pool, Stoney Creek's unsupervised community pool is only 100 feet from our front door.

Our villa is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with an open floor plan that can comfortably accommodate six guests. Amenities include Smart TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

The main floor features a living room with a vaulted ceiling and wall of glass overlooking spectacular marsh views, sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bath. The dining table seats six guests. In addition, there is seating for four at the kitchen counter The rear patio has a table that seats four and propane gas grill.

There two large bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king size bed, full bath with shower, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the marsh. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath with shower, Smart TV and a private balcony.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
