When you stay at The Delray Chalet you are quickly transformed by this private oasis. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or in search of a relaxing vacation you found the perfect property! Our property includes the entire use of the two bedroom main house as well as the two one bedroom cottages beyond the private salt water pool and tropical courtyard.

We are within walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and just 3 minutes to the beach. This property and great little city will exceed your expectations!

The space:
You just found the perfect family-friendly tropical getaway! This expansive compound is tucked away on a quite street just 1 block from the intracoastal, a short walk to the beach and all of the exciting things to see and do on Atlantic Avenue! The unique layout offers enough space & rooms to accommodate family vacations, reunions, groups of friends, set-up perfectly for the whole family or a celebration in a peaceful tropical setting. We do offer early check-in based on availability and booking.

BEDROOMS: Our property sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Luxury bed linens/bath towels provided. We also have Smart TVs in each bedroom with high speed Xfinity internet service and Wi-Fi where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services.

- Bedroom 1: One King Master Bedroom Suite
- Bedroom 2: One Double

Two Story Cottage:
First Floor - Bedroom: One Queen with a sleeper sofa in living room
Second Floor - Bedroom: One King with a sleeper sofa in living room
(Each floor has a private entrance.)

An added bonus is our private tropical courtyard between the main house and cottages with a resort style private salt water pool with sun shelf. The pool offers both heated and cooled during the seasons where you will truly relax in luxury.

BATHROOMS: Between the main house and the two cottages there are 3 full bathrooms and walk in shower in the main house.

KITCHENS & DINING: Between the main house and the two cottages there are 3 fully stocked kitchens each fully equipped including full stove/ovens, refrigerators, microwaves and all your cookware. Perfect for preparing family meals or having your own private spaces!

PARKING: Free parking at the front of the main house and secondary driveway adjacent to the cottages.

If you don't want to walk or drive to downtown Delray or the beach, you can download the Freebee App to request a free golf cart ride for guests to take you to your destination. The Freebee will also take guests back to our property. Uber and Lift are also commonly used.

No smoking is permitted on the premise. Our property is 100% smoke free.

Please note the pool is serviced weekly. This may occur during your stay for approx. 30 minutes. We do our best to service the pool between guests.

The Pool was a 10/10

Great little house. The pool was our favorite and most used feature. Great for a family with kiddos who love to swim. Beautiful mature foliage all around the property and very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Amazing place close to everything!

Had a group staying at the property and it was amazing! All the dishes, towels, pool floats, etc. made for an easy stay. Communication with the host was fantastic and checkin was very easy. The house location is perfect to walk downtown and to the beach, or leverage the freebee golf carts. Would love to return!

Amazing Place to Stay

Such an amazing property! Perfect for a girls trip. So much space both inside and outside with a lovely pool, amazing aesthetic, and updated appliances. Will be returning. It was also a quick walk to Atlantic Ave or a very cheap Uber. Highly recommend!

Weekend away

Our group had a great stay at The Delray Chalet. The location is great…not far from the beach or the many shops and restaurants on Ocean Blvd and Atlantic Ave. The house is very well appointed; they’ve thought of everything you might need during your stay. It was well decorated, clean and the landscaping was beautiful. We were a group of three couples, so we used the cottage in the back and those rooms were well furnished as well, both with their own kitchens. Communication with property management was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

We live in NJ, but wanted to purchase a place in Delray to rent for now, and someday move into. When we found The Delray Chalet our close friends asked if they could join us in our investment adventure. Once we all get there at the same time we will upload a photo of the four of us. For now, this is a picture of my family from April 2022 on Atlantic Avenue. We love Delray Beach!

Our home is far enough from the main street that you will get some relaxation and quiet time, but close enough to walk to the fun stuff! Floating around in the pool with your family and friends is just about the best way I can think of to unwind. Grill your dinner or make reservations in town, either way you will enjoy every minute of your stay in Delray Beach.

Delray Beach is a great place for families, groups of friends, and celebrations. Fabulous restaurants, live music, shopping, and art galleries are just a few reasons to explore this amazing little city. We often come down and forget to visit the beach because there is so many other fun things to do!
