This home is gorgeous and even better than the pictures! Our group of 17 enjoyed the home and the outside activities, with room to spare. We frequently stay in vacation rentals, and this home has one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever had the pleasure of using. Dawn was very kind, and we would love to come stay again. This home is a true five-star experience!

If you think the photos are impressive, wait until the first time you walk on to the back porch. Immaculately clean, well-appointed and serene. And Dawn is an incredible host. Our group had a great time and can’t wait to go back. Whatever the occasion, Overlook Lodge will fit your need!

Communication with the host was wonderful. Dawn went above and beyond on our inquiries. The hot tub was not clean on arrival but was addressed immediately. The home was as pictured. Added bonus was having all linens available. My family did feel that traveling for activities was more like 30 minutes. If your looking for a place to relax and enjoy the scenery you will not be disappointed. Views are amazing.

We gathered at Overlook Lodge to celebrate our parents turning 80 this year. Dawn was so helpful with ideas and resources of how to make our stay even more special. The house was perfect, filled with everything you could need to make this feel like home away from home. The view is amazing and the property offers so many ways to spend time together. Our group of 12 had plenty of room and ate many meals together around the large, lovely table. So glad we stayed here!

Mother Daughter Getaway

The property is beautiful, sunrises and sunsets were amazing! We had 18 guests in our group and the property was well equipped to handle us all! I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation!

Overlook Lodge Summer Stay

Overlook Lodge is absolutely the newest and most desirable VRBO rental property in all of the Lake Raystown region! The home is fully equipped with everything you need including some of the most beautiful views of the Lake and surrounding areas! Highly recommend for multiple families looking for an top-notch property for a Lake vacation rental!👍👍

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and experience at Overlook Lodge! We had a large group that still fit very comfortably in the kitchen and living room area when we had group discussions. The view was beautiful, and the place was so peaceful. Great view of the stars at night, too! Would definitely recommend.

Annual Family Getaway

Absolutely stunning place to stay, we had all my siblings and my parents and nieces and nephews which total to 17 people and there was lots of space. A well thought designed cabin. We always love going to seven points beach and Tatman run beach is a good spot too. Dawn the host was very quick to response to any questions. Everything A+ about this place and we always love going to raystown lake.

Great Views and beautiful house

We had a large group and there was more than enough space. The views out the front and back of the house were fantastic. Dawn was just a text away for any questions. It was just a great week.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain house! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly situated with stunning views that made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights of our experience was Dawn—she was an amazing host. Her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Multi-generational family vacation

This place was perfect!! We had 18 total people ranging from infant to 83 and the place was amazing! Kid friendly, spacious, well kept!! Just overall a really good space for large families! The neighborhood is quiet with an amazing view! Dawn is really great to work with, communicative, and really cares for her guests who stay in her house! Our family had an amazing time and would definitely return for another weekend together!

Amazing!

We had our annual family reunion at Overlook Lodge and it was absolutely perfect. We had 7 kids + 7 adults and all fit comfortably. The game room, back porch, and outdoor green space were especially loved. Dawn was a fantastic, responsive host. We plan on coming back!

View is breathtaking, but host is incredible

We had a small, 20 person wedding and it was the perfect venue for the event! Dawn was extremely responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better house or host. The views are stunning in photos but epic in person!

Amazing home!!

Overlook Lodge was absolutely amazing!! A new home, nicely updated and super clean. Everything you would need and more in the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Outdoor areas were fantastic for adults and kids both!! Kids played wiffleball on the putting green area and adults enjoyed the pickleball court and deck. Fire pit area and hot tub amazing as well. Dawn was a gracious host, no issues whatsoever! Would absolutely go back!!
