Just about perfect
We are three brothers who were on our annual ski trip reunion. We have been doing this for 30 years. This condo turned out to be the best we ever stayed in. Amenities and layout were perfect. The complex was nearly full but still managed to be very quiet. It was a slightly longer walk to the gondola than we had hoped for but still very manageable.

My apologies if the walk was longer than you anticipated, If you ever do not want to walk, there is a free bus that will pick you up from this address just after :00 and :30 to go into town. Mostly all good-internet shaky-dangerous ice at property when walking.
Would be nice to have a bus schedule for skiing. The 2 humidifiers were broken. Replaced Monday- 3 days later. No wash machine soap till Monday.
No contacts- the person we rented from was out of the country. The cleaners were very nice..

The bus to pick you up to go skiing stops at this address just after :00 and :30 past the hour.
You can pick it up at 3 places in town to come back home at :15 and :45 past the hour.

I sincerely apologize the humidifiers were broken, I have reviewed our communication and provide it here for you reference.
You checked in on Saturday 2/15.
You notified us of the broken humidifiers on 2/16 and I responded in 7 minutes.
We dropped off 2 new humidifiers on Monday 2/17, within 27 hours of your request, not 3 days later as stated.
I was out of the country during your stay however I had 3 employees in town to address the 4 complaints you had while you were in town.
I provided you with my personal contact information on 1/21 (sent to the 3 separate email addresses you used to communicate with us), and again on 2/6.
These were sent 25 and 9 days before you arrived and I offered to answer any other questions or concerns you may have had at that time.
I replied to all your requests within 24 hours, and we personally exchanged no less than 20 emails during your stay.
All of my replies were sent within 24 hours, many were sent within 1 hour of your request.
I know you wanted a late checkout and I am very sorry we could not accommodate that request as we had another renter checking in on the day you departed.
The best way to guarantee an early check in or a late check out is to reserve an additional night.
If we have an adjacent rental before or after your contracted rental dates we need to adhere to the agreed upon contracted times so we can provide superior service and a clean condominium to all our renters in a timely fashion.
Yes, Abigail is a wonderful housekeeper, she has helped us with over 800 rentals over the last 7 years and is very dear to us. I appreciate your kind words and will pass them on to her! :)

In town aspen condo
Communicating with the property manager was very easy with quick responses. The property was within walking distance of many restaurants and that was great. If you drive more than one vehicle which has a parking pass for the condo, you have to get a separate parking pass each day and park on the street, first come first served each day. That was the most challenging part of staying at this particular condo. Otherwise it’s got an ideal location with an easy shuttle. Would stay there again and try to carpool.
NYE in Aspen
My friends and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Check-in/out was easy, condo was updated and very clean, and Brian was extremely responsive. The location was great too. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping, and coffee shops. Would love to stay here again in the future.
Great lap pool!
We enjoy lap swimming so heated lap pool a plus after a day of skiing. Brian was very helpful as a manager. House was very comfortable and neighbors were nice. Great place to stay in downtown Aspen!

Aspen Snowmass lift tickets work at 4 mountains, all accessible by free bus, you do not need to rent a car in the Wintertime and we do not recommend you do. This complex also boasts one of the largest outdoor heated pools in Aspen open year round, and with only 42 units it's quite smaller than the other properties with similarly sized pools and much more private. Two large hot tubs and a work out room are also available year round. This is one of only a few two floor units with a bathroom for each bedroom. We can arrange for discounted lift tickets to be waiting in your condo when you arrive along with a special in room gift.
