My sister, my partner and I, all in our 60's, stayed for two nights of rest and to attend my niece's graduation from LA Tech. We are sort of buffs on architectural details in older homes and just really liked the place. Thanks so much.
Very clean, great location, and the owner is extremely friendly and understanding.

This home was horrible. Very run down, not clean, one of the showers did not work, the coffee pot did not work. The counter top around the coffee pot was dirty. Found dead roaches on kitchen floor. The location of the house was a bit sketchy. Listing should disclose that there are window units.
Perfect for me ur little overnight stay during our drive from Texas to Georgia on way to Florida eventually. If we come this way again, would definately stay again. Host was very nice and accommodating!!!
This house is very large with more sleeping options than mentioned in the description. The yard could use some cleanup but we weren't going to spend enough time there for that to matter. It smelled like it had been closed up for a while but it wasn't bad. The kitchen could use some updates but that adds to the charm - somewhat. My grandparents home was this same layout so it was like stepping back into the 60's.

The house is a well maintained older house, the bed rooms are spacey. The water pressure was great in the showers, always a positive! We will stay here again when we come back.
We were in town for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and brought the grandparents along. The house was very accommodating for our group of six. It’s an older home, but still nice and comfortable. The master bedroom was a bit drafty due to cold air coming in from the window unit, which made it hard to keep warm. The front bedroom bed could use a little TLC. For accessibility, adding a handrail at the entrance and an assist rail in the bathroom would be helpful for elderly guests.Communication with Dusty was excellent—very responsive and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
My husband, step-daughter, my son, and my mother and father in law stayed the night for my stepdaughter’s graduation from ULM. The house was plenty big enough and the beds were comfy. The house is a lot bigger than it looks. Was great for the night and only 10 mins from the school.
This place was okay for our short stay in Monroe. Loved having a washer and dryer available for us since we were drenched from the rain. Definitely heard things in the attic moving around and the attic door above the bed was cracked open so that had me sleeping on a prayer. Overall I’d probably picked this house again if I visit Monroe again

Not cleaned well
Location and size were accurate-however the property, including linens, weren’t well cleaned after the last guest-messaged the owner as I was leaving via app and never received a reply
We only had an overnight stay, but the property was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. The property has been well maintained, it was clean, and decorated nicely. I would stay there again.
