Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping and restaurants including the Seabrook Waterfront and Kemah Boardwalk theme park.

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Towels, extra linens and toiletries provided.

Strictly no parties or events allowed. No fireworks allowed, home is in City limits. We know the neighbors, they will tell us. :)

Pepe’s place was amazing!!!
The host thought of everything! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and well laid out with plenty of room. Monica was excellent with communication and she is so organized I think she is my spirit animal! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was an added bonus they are adjustable beds! The decor was so cute and the house was arranged thoughtfully to maximize space and have excellent flow. The pool/spa was fantastic and easy to use from the app. I loved all the little details and thought that were put into this house. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you need to come to the area and we will definitely be back. We travel ALOT and I have to say this was my favorite rental home we have stayed at. The teenagers loved it and everyone was happy….which if you have teens you know is no easy feat!

This newer home is well maintained, comfortable and has a great country feel. It's close enough to major area attractions so you will never get bored! The spa pool is great for cooling off in Summer or warming up in Winter.
