Not a safe family home

All of the windows had aluminum blinds that had slats broken & missing and 3x3 and 4x4 squares cut in them in every window making every room and specifically every bed visible from outside the home. We had to cover every window with plastic tablecloth’s. Rusty metal junk lined one side of the house outside, the bbq grill was rusted, the stove had 1 working burner and the dishwasher smelled like sewer. Did I forget to mention there is a train about 100 yards away that runs night & day? The garage also had broken junk and an old mattress in it as well as open paint cans next to the hot water heater. Definitely not a safe family friendly home.

Great place for a big group

Took our yearly golf trip to the Dallas area this year (2023). The house is very clean and has all necessary amenities and supplies. Including a Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods! We did laundry, supplies also provided for that. One level house, no stairs!!! Yippee! Our group was 5 guys, but could easily have 10 adults stay comfortably. Host was great and very helpful. Very easy to contact. We had no issues, so didn’t need to ask for anything. Great place, do not hesitate to book this property.
