This home has tons of character as the neighborhood is deemed under historic preservation per the DRCA. The house features a beautifully decorated private backyard featuring bistro lights, a fire pit and grill giving guests a place to relax after a busy day in the city!

The first floor welcomes family/friend activities like board games, puzzles, watching a movie or a dinner gathering with its open floor plan connecting the living room to the kitchen.

The downstairs features a bedroom suite that offers an additional couch and Smart TV for extra space to hang out or privacy for family and friends.

The upstairs features two bedrooms (one suite) with queen beds and Smart TVs.

DC Family Trip

Property was beautiful and clean and safe. The owner was very responsive. It was very close to all the major attractions. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed

We were in town visiting family that lives nearby. This house had all we needed- a secure parking spot so we could come and go as we pleased, good location with a great playground nearby, and close to our family. It was clean and pleasant. Thanks for a nice stay.

Comfortable and Quaint home

This home is spacious and comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. The backyard is lovely and relaxing to hang out in. The owner is very responsive and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here.
