Newly remodeled and brand new ski-in condo with huge South Valley views. Relax after a day exploring the mountain with breathtaking views from your private deck or enjoy the indoor pool, hot tubs or sauna. Ski back to the front door, leave gear in the private locker and walk to restaurants and entertainment at the resort. This is the perfect year round retreat; fully stocked, incredibly comfortable, and an unbeatable location.

Newly renovated and refurnished in clean, modern Scandinavian design. Enjoy new beds, furnishings and luxury linens all just steps from the slopes.

The space is fully set up for you. Enjoy all the amenities including an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, private ski lockers, gym, bbq grills, season shuttle, and walking distance to everything at the Steamboat Resort.

The Bronze Tree building sits right at the ski resort. You will be yards away from the gondola and gondola square. Ski back to the condo from "Right-o-Way" run. The cat track off this run terminates right in front of the building. Put your skis away in the private locker and head up the elevator to our condo.
Restaurants, shops, and entertainment are all within a 2-3 minute walk. In the winter, you also have access to a seasonal shuttle that picks you up at the building. Year-round the free Steamboat shuttle picks up 100 yards from the building.
T-Bar, the best apres ski spot (in our opinion) is located right across the street, and for something more sophisticated, Cafe Diva is 75 yards away and is always amazing. Be close to everything the resort base has to offer but elevated in a quiet building with stunning views over the South Valley and the Resort.
During the summer, miles of hiking trails are right outside the front door as is mountain biking and a sand beach with a stream at the resort base (Burgess Creek). Enjoy dinner or drinks on the lawn while little ones play in the sand and water.

During the winter, the building has a free shuttle that can take you to the grocery store and downtown.
Year-round, the free Steamboat Shuttles run throughout town. The resort base is the main transit hub for these shuttles and is a 3-5 minute walk from the home.
Everything at the resort is walkable from this location.
There is parking for a car (one spot is guaranteed and others are on a first-come basis and may or may not be available depending on how busy it is). It is very possible to not have a car at all and utilize the free transportation to have a great vacation too.

Wonderful Unit in Great Location

Visited Steamboat for a weekend ski trip with a friend. Unit has been recently remodeled and is very nice and clean. Terrific location. Walk to ski village and ski in/out to slopes. Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Updated Condo

This is a nicely updated condo with a great location, terrific views and wonderful hosts. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A short walk out to the slopes for easy access to gondolas. True ski in (once you find the trail) to the ski locker level. Ski Time Square is very close. So, why didn’t I give it 5 full stars? The Bronze Tree bldg is clean , but very dated. There is a coin operated laundry on the first floor. The pool, hot tubs, sauna and workout room are super disappointing. The outside hot tub was foamy and had a terrible smell. For some, this is no big deal, however our family does use them and for the price point they should/could have been better( like the pictures).

We loved our time at Steamboat. Location of condo was excellenth. Plenty of space for a family of four. Fergus was wonderful to work vvwith and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

An awesome ski-in home makes the perfect mountain base. Enjoy great views across the resort and the South Valley. The unit has been completely remodeled and refurnished and has every amenity you could want from an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, private ski lockers, a seasonal shuttle, and more. Walking distance to the Steamboat Resort base attractions and restaurants but tucked away from the base noise.
