6 friends stayed the weekend for a fishing trip. The stay was quiet and restful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The rooms were good size with 6 separate beds.

Very much enjoyed staying in the house. Evan communicated with us and made the check-in exceptionally easy and stress free. Exceptionally clean with plenty of room for the four of us. We all appreciated the washer/dryer, big front porch and plenty of space for parking our 4 vehicles. It was warm that week and the AC kept the house very comfortable. Overall, very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

House is in a walkable location, spacious, had most everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything was in working condition and parking was ample. New pillows are needed and some extra tlc for the spider webs over the outside doors would be nice. The outside areas were functional but needs swept more frequently.

Long weekend stay for fishing trip

This house was perfect for what we wanted. It has lots of different places to sit and relax (porch, back patio, front living room and kitchen). It was walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and bars. Evan was very good to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Wonderful home!

This was a nicely renovated older home with plenty of space for our family of six! The two spacious bathrooms were great especially when six people are trying to get ready in the morning. The location was on a quiet street just block away from the shops and restaurants of Port Clinton. The owner was very easy to contact and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed!

4 friends on a fishing trip! We enjoyed the living space for hanging out together. Loved having two bathrooms and a bed for each guy. Communication with Evan was stellar. Quick replies and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has everything you can ask for. Beautiful open floor plan and plenty of space upstairs to get all our family together. Downstairs was perfect fun space for anyone… bar with stage, ping pong, foosball, arcade cabinet, poker table, workout room and lots of beds and space for family to crash. On top of all that you have the lake and docks, indoor basketball and lots of space to hike and play outside. Thanks for sharing your space with us. It was a very special time for our family!
