We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This home is situated in a tranquil and family-oriented neighborhood, just half a mile away from major highways and interstates for convenient access to both downtown Denver and the mountains. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more in close proximity, making it an ideal base camp for your Colorado adventure. Make yourself at home! Your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except for the two locked supply closets.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Picture yourself sinking into a giant beanbag, game joystick in hand, as a vintage Pac‑Man machine blinks brightly next to you. Or sway in a double‑wide hammock while the sun sets behind Denver’s skyline. This retro‑mod retreat blends old‑school fun with modern comfort, offering multiple living spaces, playful amenities and a spacious backyard for up to eleven guests.

The space
Inside you’ll find four bedrooms and room for everyone. The main floor has two king bedrooms dressed in plush linens with blackout curtains, sharing a full bath with a tub/shower combo and complimentary toiletries. Downstairs, two kid‑friendly rooms feature three twin beds (one with a pull‑out trundle) and two twin‑over‑twin bunks, plus a second full bathroom with a stand‑up shower. An extra‑wide hallway provides easy access, though ceilings are approximately six feet in some areas.

Living & entertainment
Two living areas each feature a 55″ smart TV. The upstairs lounge is mid‑century inspired with a sectional and leather chairs, opening onto a dining space for six. The downstairs game room invites you to kick back on the sectional or giant bean chair, watching movies or playing Pac‑Man and giant Connect4. Board games, a foosball table and high‑speed Wi‑Fi (300 Mbps) keep everyone entertained, while a yoga room offers a quiet retreat.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless‑steel appliances, a gas stove with double oven and a stocked coffee station with seating. Cook up breakfast with provided spices and pantry basics, or pour a fresh cup of coffee at the bar.

Outdoor living
The large backyard is perfect for lounging or dining outdoors. An eight‑seat dining set with umbrella, sectional seating with fire pit and a double‑wide hammock invite you to enjoy Colorado’s sunshine or clear evening skies. (Patio furnishings are stored away during winter.) A bistro table on the front porch offers another spot to enjoy a morning brew.

Amenities & extras
This home includes central air conditioning, fast Wi‑Fi, a washer/dryer, pack‑n‑play and high chair. Pets are welcome by arrangement, and contactless check‑in makes arrival effortless. A two‑car garage and driveway provide ample parking.

Location & activities
Situated in a safe neighbourhood less than half a mile from major highways, the home is convenient to downtown Denver, sporting venues, the mountains and neighbourhood amenities like grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Whether you’re planning a family adventure, a group getaway or a work‑from‑home retreat, this mod‑vintage home offers both convenience and character.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
