Beautifully furnished & fully stocked w/everything plus some extra surprises. The hosts have their own private apt that's attached to the property w/separate entrances. The house is split-into wings. This is an entire home instead of just a a shared room w/ no amenities. Private/Spacious. The properties are always being maintained so someone can assist w/ anything.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
STRIP YOUR OWN BEDS. Put dirty towels, blankets & linens in laundry room. If you don’t use any blankets, towels, linens or pillows, please keep off the floor & don't toss in the laundry room.
• DISHES- Wash all your dishes before you leave. Load in the evening and unload in the am.
• TRASH - Please take all your trash out to Bin. This includes bathroom trash cans & kitchen trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

2 Load Laundry max a day No loud music. No unregistered guests. No Guest Access to the attached Owner Quarters/Storage. Bring own Trailer for Boats.
To access pond Use main street entrance . A fishing License is required. Send copy of fish license. 50,000 fine. Non motorized boats are allowed.

We moved to Colorado in 1991 to raise our daughter for 25yrs.
Jeff retired from the service dealership in 2015 after 25 yrs.
We moved to Georgia in 2016 to retire.
My father and our daughter moved in with us.
It’s just us now.
We love our home but it’s just to big for us these days.
short term rental is perfect to fill it up and we enjoy making people happy.
