It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(INCLUDING children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4  allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 Resort fee. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The resort accept credit cards and cash (no debit card)
