About this property

Escape to Austin's Countryside Retreat with our 4-bedroom home on a spacious acre. Located near The Domain, Q2 Stadium and many hospitals. This property is the perfect blend of rural living with urban conveniences. Wonderfully large home for families, travel nurses and large groups! Send us a message with any questions. We have long term discounts! This is a great house for staying at while getting their home renovated or repaired.

The family-friendly design includes a playroom, bunk beds, and a large backyard with basketball courts and room to play.

Parking is convenient with the garage accommodating up to two vehicles, while the driveway offers space for an additional two vehicles or one residential vehicle and an RV, complete with a convenient hookup.

The entire property is equipped with modern amenities and a bi-weekly house cleaning service is provided (the linen fee goes towards this required service). We kindly request no animals due to severe homeowner allergies.

Please note that we currently accept only bookings of 30 nights or more. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults with room for 3 additional children. We regretfully cannot accommodate work crews at this time. Please message us with any questions!

Large, open home in park like setting.

My folks needed a place to stay for a month while their home was being remodeled. Then a month turned into 3 months. But it was all made easy with the landlord who was always super fast with responses to any questions or inquiries. Situated on a huge lot, it’s a park like setting with lots of trees in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Handy access to Mopac, Parmer and 45.
