Bad neighborhood! Homeless stayed on creek! Bad driveway!

The property was full of dog hair! No ice maker, had to buy ice cube trays, cleaning products, mop and bucket. Left early because of stroke.

Overall good

The interior of the property was new and remodeled, new appliances and clean. The exterior was pretty neglected needing some yard management, weeds very tall. There is no covered parking, just the frame. It is a very steep incline to park, definitely don’t recommend if you have a car. The neighborhood is very run down and didn’t feel very safe at all. Everyday around the same time there seemed to be a gathering of homeless people by the bridge, they never stayed past dark though. Just didn’t make me feel very comfortable at all. Overall it was a good stay regardless of this, the interior was very nice and I didn’t have any issues. Convenient location to downtown Whiskey Row.

Worst vacation rental experience I’ve ever had

If you have a car DO NOT rent this place. The listing does NOT show there is a steep hill as the driveway. I scratched my car going up and down it. No way to avoid it and best part there’s barely any street parking . The property listed it had covered parking but upon arriving was just a metal frame. Host acknowledged that it was broken and said it HOPEFULLY will be fixed while I was there and was not. Host was rude and made asking questions a burden. Blankets had holes, furniture and sheets covered in animal hair, furniture put together with wood glue, both beds are hard as a rock, and didn’t even had soap dispensers. With how many listings there are in the area don’t waste your time on this place.
