I rented a few homes for family coming to stay for my son’s graduation and by far this one outshined the rest from the luxurious bedding/towels to simply leaving a few treats on the table! The beds were very comfortable and this was located next to some of our favorite restaurants. Would highly recommend!!
Had an amazing stay here. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, great pet-friendly yard, quick and easy communication from hosts and exceptionally clean place to call home away from home.
A charming updated bungalow that is an easy walk to restaraunts and shops. Bungalow was well appointed and had very comfortable beds and a fun backyard with grill and fire pit. Will definitely be back!
This property was small but so well laid out that the four of us had plenty of room to hang out together and lots of privacy as well. The outdoor patio and fire pit provided a fun place to visit and play games. The kitchen was well appointed and the home was nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to the Lazy G for dinner and downtown we’re also a plus. The host responded quickly to our messages. An excellent stay.
Beautiful place! The hosts were very, very thoughtful and made it a comfortable and welcoming experience. Location was awesome! I look forward to our next stay!
Such a cute space and has everything you need. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living area offering privacy from the other guests. A cozy patio area with a firepit was s nice way to end the night. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again
Beautiful property! They thought of everything. It was beautiful and well outfitted, comfy but not cluttered. They had extra touches of hospitality (like cream in the fridge, board games and snackies) Loved it!
Kim and Brent are avid travellers who have lived in Italy, England, Rhode Island, Oregon, California, Idaho, and Arizona. In 2014, we decided that Prescott was our forever home. We bought this house in 2021 and rebuild it from the studs up! We love great food, good drinks, and even better company. Hopefully we can make your stay the best it can.
Why they chose this property
South downtown is having it's moment right now. There are lots of new restaurants and coffee shops popping up within just a few minutes walk from our house. It's less busy and more eclectic than the square.
What makes this property unique
We completely renovated this 1920's home. We're pretty sure it was a Sears home, which people ordered through their catalog. It has a great outdoor area and an eclectic design inside.
