About this property

Bright Upper-Level 3BR Chicago • King • Walkable

This bright upper-level 3-bedroom is designed for couples and families who want real separation — not sofa-bed layouts squeezed into tight city spaces.

Three enclosed bedrooms (King + 2 Queens) mean everyone gets an actual bed and a door. No awkward walkthroughs. No shared sleeping areas.

Natural light fills the living space, creating an airy, comfortable feel that’s rare in Chicago flats.

One full bathroom is centrally located and efficiently designed for smooth mornings.

Outside, guests enjoy shared access to the backyard with fire pit, seating, and Weber grill — a rare bonus in this part of Logan Square.

Located on a quiet residential block between Logan Square and Avondale:

Walk to dining, breweries, coffee shops, parks, and the CTA Blue Line for direct downtown and airport access.

Professionally managed. Hotel-level preparation. Straightforward, smooth stays.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts. They thought of everything and we felt right at home for our weekend visit. Super comfy beds and high quality bedding, more towels than we could ever need and everything was so clean and fresh. Bedrooms are larger than they appear in the pics. It was a nice and quiet unit with nice outdoor space. Appreciated the option for early check in and use of the garage. Thanks for making my MILs first trip to Chicago a memorable experience. We shall return.

Hi Joan, I understand that you might not be familiar with Chicago, but this property is in a prime location. It's situated in one of the city's best neighborhoods, Logan Square/ Avondale, and is just 15 minute drive from the city center. The nearest suburb is approximately 30 to 45 minutes away from us, depending on traffic conditions.

Everything was clean, location isn’t too far from the city but the traffic made the drive around 30-45 minutes. Neighborhood was nice. Communication with owner was also good.

This was a perfect place for our family of 4. Great neighborhood, very safe. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was extremely attentive and responded to questions very quickly. We will definitely be booking here again. Small issues were the parking on the street (had to park about 10 houses down at times) and it is on the 2nd level, so more difficult to tranport luggage.

A dream of a home! And wonderful hosts!

We stayed at this VRBO listing for two weeks on a business trip! The location was convenient and yet incredibly peaceful. The apartments was clean and thoughtfully set up to meet all of our needs. Sean was an incredible host - communicative and kind and available to help with anything that required assistance. I would gladly stay here again!

wonderful home away from home

This property was wonderful! As great as it looks in the pictures, it is even better in person. It was immaculately clean, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need (even things like a coffee bean grinder and waffle maker), the beds were so comfortable, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. (They even helped us carry our groceries upstairs upon arrival)! If not parking late at night, there was usually parking available right in front of the property. Another great feature was that the blue line train was within walking distance (a little more than half a mile down the block). We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We stayed here while in town for our daughter's wedding. Such a nice place. It felt like coming home each night. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood. We had no reason to contact the hosts while we were here, but they sent all instructions ahead of time. They were very clear and made check-in and check-out easy. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Comfortable, Lovely, Light, Dog-Friendly, and Conveniently Located!

My family and our little service dog truly enjoyed staying at this property. The hosts thought of everything and were so helpful. The mattresses are great, the water gets hot right away, the kitchen is easy to navigate, and the place feels spacious. Fell in love with the neighborhood too- so walkable, relatable, and it's easy to find anything within walking distance. We'd love to come back.
