Bedroom #1

First bedroom is off the living room through French doors. It has a queen bed with nectar mattress and soft cotton sheets. Two bedside tables offer lamps for reading that have USB plugs for your devices. This room has a luggage rack for your suitcase and a closet for your use. You can find extra towels, blankets and the vacuum in this closet.

Bathroom #1

This full bathroom is connected to bedroom #1 and has a nice tiled shower, frameless glass door, floating vanity with vessel sink, and all the amenities would expect including feminine products if needed. Hairdryer is located in this bathroom.

Bedroom #2

The second bedroom is 2 twin beds with nectar mattresses and soft cotton sheets. The bedroom offers a bedside table with a lamp that has a USB plug for your devices. It also offers a luggage rack and a small dresser in lieu of a closet. The closet is used for owner/cleaner storage.

Laundry Room

Washer and dryer provided. You'll find a fire extinguisher in the hot water heater to the left. In the laundry area you'll find laundry baskets, an iron, ironing board, laundry detergent, some cleaning supplies, and a first aid kit.

Bedroom #3

This bedroom has a queen sized bed with nectar mattress and soft cotton sheets. Two bedside tables offer reading lamps with USB charging. You'll find a luggage rack for your suitcase and the closet is for guest use. There are extra towels and blankets in the closet. Here you will find the dedicated work desk to do work away from home or it can be used to apply make up as it is equipped with a lamp and mirror. You will also find the foldable baby crib and high chair in this closet.

Bathroom #2

This full bathroom features a full tub/shower combo with floating vanity and vessel sink. This bathroom is also stocked with all the amenities you would expect as well as bathroom spray and feminine products.

Kitchen/Dining Area

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator with icemaker and water, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave. We provide coffee maker, coffee, creamers, sweeteners and to go coffee cups if you are in a hurry. Toaster and knife set also available. Plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans and cooking utensils all provided. We offer olive oil, salt and pepper. Under the sink you will find extra trash bags, paper towels and another fire extinguisher.

The dining area has seating for 6 looking out the French doors to the back patio area.

Back Patio

Seating for six on this raised wooden patio. There is space to eat outside and we offer a charcoal grill. We do not offer the charcoal, but all the utensils are available in the kitchen. Patio string lights are switch controlled. Makes a great area for coffee in the morning or drinks after dark.

The House

The house has wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout. This house has been newly renovated with new exterior and interior paint, a new roof, new windows, flooring, window treatments, full bathroom and kitchen remodels and a new driveway that will park 4-5 cars. Location and proximity to the University of Oklahoma is hard to beat. There are cameras on the front porch and back porch for security.
