Conveniently located near Lee University

This place was so quaint and perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean, well appointed, nice and quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Lee. Also walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to other parts of town. Would highly recommend this place.

Wedding weekend stay

We loved our accommodations at Magnolia Charm. Our son got married this weekend, and we hosted the rehearsal dinner at Lee. The property was so convenient to Lee and it was a perfect little place to come and go for all the weekend’s events. So clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. (Master bed is on soft side for those that might desire a firmer sleep). Would definitely stay again with no hesitation.

Perfect Weekend

This was a perfect little rental for our family of three to stay at while we were in town for a wedding. The location was convenient to restaurants and other amenities. The keyless entry made getting in and out smooth, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for a brief stay. The beds were comfortable, and the crisp white linens and soft white towels gave a feeling of sparkling cleanliness.

Just wonderful

In town for a wedding and wanted our own space rather than staying with family, this spot was perfect! We were wow’d as we arrived and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Magnolia Charm had everything we were looking for and even more that we didn’t know we needed. Wonderful host that was incredibly accommodating. If we’re ever back in town, we know exactly where we’re staying!

This lovely apartment will not disappoint. So comfortable and inviting. It was like something out of a magazine and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room and everything you need at your fingertips. I had a wonderful trip and when some friends decided at the last minute to stay, the host was very accommodating. Excellent communication from the host! Watch the half step…it’s a doozie in the dark. But other than that everything was incredible.
