Much more "visitor-center" information is provided for you on a shelf (in the bookcase) in your room. These include full color maps of the entire Lake Tahoe area of all the trails, long hikes, short hikes, etc, plus the waterfalls. Also provided are pocket-size menus of various local eateries.
