1. Inside was perfect2.Said dogs allowed on private beach. Did not tell me before arrived that dogs allowed only until 10 am. We had planned to spend time on beach. Would not have selected this place had I known. 3. Wasn’t really a cabin. Downstairs was garage for owner. Upstairs was living quarters for us.

This is a comfortable, pleasant, upper floor cabin space - more spacious than it appears in the listing photos, with great light during daytime. Convenient to Tahoe City and surrounding activiites. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive to questions ahead of time. Would be happy to book again.

Fantastic place! It was very cozy for our weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable and it was the perfect amount of space for 2 of us and our dog. Close walk to the lake and a short drive to the mountain to ski.

The cabin is charming, very comfortable and clean. It is located in a nice walk-able neighborhood and is walking distance from the beach, several nice restaurants and a nice general store that has coffee and fabulous bakery items in the morning. When we arrived there was a Mama Bear and her yearlings in the yard!The only drawback is the deck is small allowing for only two chairs and your dog to sit on but it worked for us. We loved this place and will return again.

We moved to Tahoe City full time in June of 2013. The West Shore location is ideal! This North Tahoe community is comprised of warm, friendly people who enjoy and value an active and healthy life style.

Lake Tahoe is a spectacular destination for any time of the year. We are conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, ski resorts and more. This detached cabin provides a quiet and private retreat while still convenient to all the amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This rental is near Homewood Resort, Alpine and world class Pacific Palisades ski resort. This location also includes access to the outstanding beach-front homeowners park. The private Lake Tahoe Park Homeowner Association includes over 800 feet of beach area on the beautiful west shore of Lake Tahoe. Two deep water piers offer a convenient loading area for boaters and a relaxing locale for sun bathers. More than three acres of land are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained throughout the Summer. Relax in the shade on the expansive lawn area. The kids will love the volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball hoop and play area complete with swing sets. Set amongst the grounds are numerous lake front picnic tables and barbecues offering unparalleled views of the lake.
