Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out after 11am, without prior approval, will result in a late checkout fee. ($50 late fee within the hour over checkout, & subject to double additional fees every hour thereafter.
Please start a load of laundry (sheets, pillowcases & towels), take out trash (in the green Waste Management dumpster behind the Fortune House Restaurant), and place the key back in the lockbox.

What a beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Owosso!This apartment exceeded all expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you’d ever need for an away stay. This is a beautiful condo!! Large, well maintained with everything you’ll need!! We stayed in the area for family wedding. We did not cook, but if you want to it’s a very well appointed kitchen. Large balcony was a plus with propane fireplace. Just lovely. Highly recommend.

Incredible apartment in a beautiful small town

Great spot for a short weekend road trip over the 4th of July. So much space, and has everything you need. Farmer's market was right at the back door on Saturday and most things are not very far at all. Our host was very communicative as well.

Nice Downtown Rental

I grew up in Owosso and was thrilled to find a short term rental downtown. I will stay here anytime I need to be in town overnight. The space was great and very comfortable.
